Updates to the REBA Handbook of Standards and Forms
 

At the 2022 REBA Annual Meeting and Conference, the following amended title standards, and new practice standard, as proposed by the REBA Standards and Forms Committee, were ratified by a membership vote.  All updated standards and forms have been added to the REBA Handbook of Standards and Forms and are available on the REBA web site.  To access the Handbook, click here.

REBA Standards & Forms Committee.

The REBA Standards and Forms Committee, Co-chaired by Carrie B. Rainen of Rainen Law Office, P.C., and Jutta R. Deeney of Stewart Title Guaranty Company, regularly reviews and revises standards and forms in response to current changes in decisional and statutory law. Ethical Standards, as proposed by the REBA Ethics Committee, are also part of the updated HandbookThe REBA Handbook of Standards and Forms is an essential resource for any lawyer in a conveyancing and title or title insurance practice in Massachusetts.  It has been continually updated since its launch in the 1970’s, nearly 50 years ago.


 
Program Evaluation
