REBA Lawyer's Professional Liability ProgramThe Real Estate Bar Association for Massachusetts (REBA) is launching an important new insurance program available exclusively for member firms. REBA will offer Lawyer's Professional Liability (LPL) coverage to law firms with transactional practices through a members-only program in conjunction with two premier insurance partners here in Massachusetts: The Hartford Financial Services Group, Inc. and Renaissance Insurance Group.
REBA's LPL program will offer three coverage options for firms that meet eligibility guidelines:
*Firms with up to nine employed lawyers can be written in conjunction with a Business Owner’s policy. *Firms with up to twenty employed lawyers are eligible for a stand alone LPL policy form. *Firms with more than twenty employed lawyers are eligible for coverage which can be tailored to meet their individual needs. Insurance will be underwritten by The Hartford Insurance Financial Services Group (Best Rating A+ 15) a major writer of professional liability and other management liability products. Policies will be sold through Renaissance Alliance Insurance Services, a division of Renaissance Insurance Group, with a network of 50+ independent agencies located throughout the Commonwealth.
