Edward W. McIntyre, Esq. has been a trial lawyer practicing in the field of negligence law since 1981. His trial practice has concentrated in the area of serious and life-alternating injuries and has involved trials in the Superior Court and the United States District Court for Massachusetts.

Mr. McIntyre has also represented parties in land disputes, commercial landlord-tenant disagreements, premises liability cases, defective products, construction site accidents, business partnership breakups, fee arbitration, professional malpractice, trademark infringement, will contests, non-compete agreements, condominium owners association conflicts and municipal grievances.

Mr. McIntyre also has a diverse mediation background, principally involving business-2-business disputes and partnership dissolutions. He has had principal involvement in several hundred mediated negligent-based cases.

Mr. McIntyre is the immediate past president of the Massachusetts Bar Association and a past president of the Worcester County Bar Association. He is a member of the American Bar Association’s Dispute Resolution Section.
