Case Submission and Administration include timely scheduling of conferences to meet the needs of both parties. A REBA professional provides extensive assistance in selecting the most appropriate ADR process and ADR professional with expertise to best fit clients' needs for the dispute at hand. When necessary, REBA’s trained administrator helps bring opposing parties to the table.

REBA's Boston offices and conference rooms offer a supportive and confidential environment. Alternative off-site locations selected to accommodate the geographic convenience of clients are also available.

Fees for professional services are charged on an hourly basis. Because far fewer hours are expended in ADR procedures, total fees are significantly less than those typically incurred in the traditional adversarial process
