2007 Title Insurance & National Affairs Committee
The REBA Title Insurance and National Affairs Committee regularly participates in the Federal Conference sponsored by the American Land Title Association (ALTA) in the spring of the year in an effort to track national issues which affect conveyancers in Massachusetts. Additionally, the Committee follows national developments including mortgage impairment insurance and proposed reforms to RESPA.
