2007 Registries Committee
The REBA Registries Committee addresses issues that arise through membership concerns, especially indexing and computerization of the Registries as well as maintenance and access to the public records to insure availability. The Committee meets often with representatives from the Secretary of State's Office and the Massachusetts Association of Registers of Deeds and Assistant Registers of Deeds. The Committee also keeps abreast of future Registry matters including electronic recordings (E-sign). The Committee welcomes new members.
