2007 Leasing Committee
The REBA Leasing Committee, an ad hoc committee of the Board, focuses on issues involving commercial and residential leasing: seeking revisions, updates and clarification to the laws relating to leases while at the same time monitoring emerging trends in decisional law. Committee members actively participate in developing CLE programs on leasing issues for the REBA news and developing CLE programs on Leasing issues for the Association's Spring Seminar and Annual Meeting. The Committee welcomes new members.
