2007 Land Use and Zoning Committee

The REBA Land Use and Zoning Committee, an ad hoc committee of the Board, actively supports the Association's Legislative Committee with respect to proposed legislation to revise zoning (M.G.L. c. 40A) laws, affordable housing (M.G.L. c. 40B) and other permitting and public land use issues. This Committee, which welcomes new members, is also a fundamental resource for REBA programs and services while co-sponsoring programs with specialty bar associations such as the City Solicitors and Town Counsel Association.
