2007 Environmental Law Committee

The REBA Environmental Law Committee educates REBA members and other professionals in the real estate and environmental communities on both the basics and emerging trends in the field of environmental law that affect real estate practitioners and their clients. The group also provides counsel to the Association on legislative initiatives in the environmental field and monitors trends in decisional law. As the only state-wide home for public and private sector lawyers whose practice span both real estate law, as well as other Massachusetts professionals in these and related fields, the Committee welcomes new members.
