2007 Affordable Housing Committee

The REBA Affordable Housing Committee was launched in 2004 to acquaint and educate REBA members and others in the legal community on emerging initiatives in developing and financing housing. The group also participates, in collaboration with other REBA committees, in the Beacon Hill dialogue on all housing-related legislation, particularly M.G.L. c.40B reform and M.G.L. c.40R, “smart growth.” The Committee serves as a legal resource in the housing and development field for lawyers across Massachusetts.
