New Foreclosure Affidavit Required as of May 1, 20084/30/2008Effective on May 1, 2008, Section 11 of Chapter 206 of the Acts of 2007 requires that all complaints to foreclose mortgage under the federal Servicemembers Civil Relief Act must be accompanied by an affidavit showing compliance with the Act.
